     We will first provide equipment operation manual, operation video, or provide training through remote         video call. Ifnecessary, engineers will serve on door. 

5. What about the leading time for production? 
    That depends on order qty and product item. For normal items, usually within 3 working days. Delivery      time is determined by the logistics , generally is 5-7 days. 

6.How to send? 
    For most of our customers, we provide door-to-door service. You only to through import customs                clearance proceduresand pay the import tariff.
